Extra Touches

A Northumbrian Welcome Hamper is provided, including local fresh produce such as chutneys, jam and wine. A bespoke property and local area guide tells you all you need to know to make the most of your stay. A selection of dog treats and a bed is provided for your canine companion.

Family

Infants welcome. One travel cot and one highchair are available. A stairgate is available at the top of the stairs only.

Pets

One adult (over 1 yr) well-behaved small dog (no bigger than a spaniel) is welcome for a small charge of £20 per holiday.

Bedrooms & Bedding

3 bedrooms; 1 x king-size, 1 x double, 1 x twin. All duvets and pillows are non-feather.

Bathrooms

WC with step-in shower on the ground floor, king bedroom en suite shower room with rainfall shower, WC, sink, heated towel rail and west-facing window. Double room with en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, WC, sink, heated towel rail and Velux skylight. Family bathroom with a bath and central mixer tap, sink, WC, mirror & heated towel rail with Velux skylight. Luxury towels and Apothecary complimentary toiletries are provided.

Electric steam oven with grill, microwave, combo hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine (initial supply of pods provided). Iron, ironing board, vacuum. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms. Underfloor heating & central heating throughout.

TVs and Technology

Large Smart TVs with Netflix in the lounge, king-size bedroom and twin bedroom. Free Wi-Fi.

Garden

The east-facing enclosed garden is lawned and has seating for 6 guests.

BBQ

There is no BBQ provided but you’re welcome to bring your own disposable BBQ to use safely and responsibly, ensuring it’s kept off the furniture and grass.

Parking

There are three private parking spaces for guests at The Dunes in front of the property.

Accessibility

Accommodation over two floors; kitchen with dining area, WC with shower, king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room on the ground floor. The lounge, family bathroom, and double and twin bedrooms are on the first floor.

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound-only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk.
